Rules Of Discipline

  1. Students should come to school, neatly and cleanly dressed in full school uniform. The P.T. uniform should be worn on the days specified.
  2. Students should be in school 5 minutes before the assembly bell rings. At the bell they will form their lines class-wise and then proceed in order to their on respective classes. Late comers should have the late coming record signed by the Principal before they are allowed in the class. The same should be signed by the parent.
  3. Habitual late coming, irregular attendance, unjustified absence, willful disobedience or conduct injurious to the tone and discipline of the school, will be seriously dealt with.
  4. Running or shouting inside the classroom is forbidden. Students should be observed while changing classes.
  5. No articles or books other than those required for the class should ever be brought to the school. Pupils are expected to take good care of their books and personally belongings. These should be marked distinctly with the owner's name, Class and section. The school is not responsible for lost articles, money etc.
  6. Care should be taken to keep the school no building clean. Student should not write or scratch on desks, chairs, walls or doors nor should they damage property belonging to others. Any damage done to the school property must be reported immediately. The decision of the Principal in this matter will be final.
  7. Students should not throw paper, wrappers, etc. Anywhere in the school premises. They should use the dustbins especially provided for this purpose.
  8. During recess no student is allowed to remain in the classroom. Students are not allowed to leave the school premises during the school hours without the written permission of the Principal. After school hours all students are expected to go home.
  9. Every student should endeavor to keep up the high tone of the school, by excelling in good manners and deportment. 10. Students should bring their handbooks to school every day.
  10. Pupils on their way to and from school are expected to deport themselves in a responsible manner.
  11. During the absence of a teacher from the class students must obey the monitor appointed to maintain discipline.
  12. Promotion to the next class will be based on the aggregate grades/ marks in the tests and examinations. The Annual Examination Answer Papers will not be shown to the parents/guardians. All students are required to put in a minimum of 75% of attendance in each academic year.
  13. Special arrangements for examinations cannot be made for pupils who, for any reason, are absent for any examinations. Absence from the examinations/tests means a total loss of marks.
  14. A student who uses unfair means during examinations/tests will be given Zero in that subject. Repetition of the same will result in dismissal.
  15. A student who fails twice/consecutively in the same class is liable to be asked to leave the school.
  16. The results at the end of the scholastic year will be given on the appointed day to all those who have paid all their dues as well as returned the library books.
  17. Utmost care is taken to avoid discrepancy in calculation and evaluation. The results, once declared," cannot be questioned/re-considered.
